I’m so ready to get back into the swing of eating better and regaining some energy. Tomorrow we start a new 24 Day Challenge. I am going to be documenting each day outlining what I am eating and how I am feeling.
If you are not familiar with the 24 Day Challenge, it is a great way to jumpstart any weightloss program as it puts your body into fat burning mode. It is broken into 2 phases:
1) Cleanse Phase (Days 1-10) – The first ten days are about cleansing your body of toxins and preparing for optimal nutrient absorption, and you may enjoy weight loss as well!
2) Max Phase (Days 11-24) – In this phase you will be pouring nutrients into your body
I have taken measurements and photos to track my progress….so has the hubby. As a side note, because I am still nursing, there are a couple of products that I cannot take (Herbal Cleanse and MNS). I can, however take the Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink as part of the Cleanse. So, if you are a nursing mom and are looking to shed some baby weight, just know that there are products that are safe for you to use (Spark, OmegaPlex, CorePlex, Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink, Meal Replacement Shakes, Catalyst). Taking these in conjunction with following the challenges eating plan plus a few extra calories will be a great help to getting you back in shape. (*Note – If Nursing, always make sure to talk to your doctor before making changes to your diet).
