*(Just another reminder that some of the things I am doing may be a bit different because I am nursing. As a result, there are some products that I am unable to take so I have made modifications with my Doctors approval. Morning (Before Breakfast)
Spark – Seriously this is my favorite part of the Day. Every Morning I have the Mandarin Orange as it is kind of like having a glass of orange juice without all of the sugar.
Fiber Drink – Advocare offers 2 flavors – Citrus and Peaches and Cream. While Nursing, Advocare recommends only taking the Peaches and Cream Fiber Drink which I think is quite tasty.
1 glass of water
Scrambled Eggs, Whole Grain Toast, Fruit
CorePlex with Iron and Omega Plex – These 2 supplements are a fabulous replacement for standard prenatal vitamins. They are high quality and besides providing the necessary FHA/DHA that a pregnant mommy needs, the FishOil contained in the OmegaPlex is so pure and clean that you will NOT be burping fish ANYMORE. I don’t know about you, but I have always hated taking omega 3 supplements b/c I always had a fishy taste in my mouth. I will never go back to standard prenatal vitamins again. I even showed these to my OB-GYN and She was very impressed by the quality of the vitamins.WIN WIN if I say so.
Walnuts and 1/2 Banana
Tuna Salad w/ Walnuts, Celery, and Grapes
Honestly I think I skipped this b/c I ended up eating lunch so late. I know I shouldn’t be skipping and believe it’s not on purpose, but life with two small children means that sometimes I’m lucky to even be eating at all.
Stuffed Pepper Soup. This is a skinnytaste recipe and it is DELICIOUS especially when it is a bit chilly outside. I’ll get better at taking pictures of my meals 🙂 I use either Brown rice or swap that out with Quinoa for added protein.
