Morning (Before Breakfast)
Spark – This was just the pick me up I needed this morning. It just got my day moving in the right direction.

*By the time breakfast rolls around, I’m already so full since I have had about 24 oz of water.
Meal Replacement Shake – I love to have shakes on the mornings that I take the kiddo to school. It just saves time…not to mention that whenever I have a shake (chocolate of course) I seem to not really have any sweet cravings that day.

I went to the gym this afternoon which always pushes dinnertime late with the kids, but I am so glad I went. a little cardio always makes me a more patient mom.
